Job Description: Perform administrative process related to payment of salary and overtime. Manage administration process of registration and updating of BPJS Health & Employment, Health insurance, etc
Maintain and monitor employee attendance and registration. Conduct periodic attendance reports. Maintain HR Information System (Talenta) ensured any data change are being keep updated.
Working & collaborating with outside vendors, such as insurance brokers, BPJS, etc Responsible for recruitment Store (Apprenticeship, Community Worker and Staff) Responsible for preparing new employee equipment needed.
Support administrative tasks for recruitment department. Responsive in handling work accident cases and ensuring timely reporting and coordination. Perform and support any additional tasks instructed to accomplish the company’s goal.
Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields Min. 4 years of experience in handling HR Operation (Compensation & Benefit & Recruitment) or HR Generalist.
