About the Role As part of the Indonesia HR Business Partner & Manufacturing Site Leadership Team , the HR Business Partner plays a critical role in driving business performance through people. This role partners closely with site and business leaders to deliver organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on partner , ensuring the organization has the right structure, capabilities, and culture to achieve sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities Organizational Effectiveness Lead implementation of organizational effectiveness initiatives aligned with business strategy
Drive organization design and workforce planning to ensure optimal structure and cost efficiency Partner with Factory Manager to review staffing levels and role clarity Monitor organizational KPIs and implement improvement actions
Support business leaders in driving high-performance culture and site performance outcomes Leadership & Talent Management Deliver talent priorities including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management
Coach and challenge leaders on talent decisions and organizational planning Partner with Talent Acquisition on strategic hiring and role validation Support assessment and selection of critical leadership roles
