Lead and manage the overall Human Resources function, including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, and HR Administration. Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in alignment with company objectives and Indonesian labor regulations. Manage the performance appraisal process and support the implementation of employee performance improvement programs. Oversee compensation and benefits administration, salary reviews, and employee welfare programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance. Drive organizational development initiatives, talent management, succession planning, and employee development programs. Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection activities to ensure the availability of qualified talent. Handle industrial relations matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, labor disputes, and communication with labor unions. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws, company regulations, and government requirements. Manage BOD's administration, including work permits, stay permits, and other related licenses and documentation. Prepare and monitor the HR budget and ensure effective cost control. Prepare periodic HR reports, manpower reports, and management presentations. Support and maintain the implementation of management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SMK3. Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager in a manufacturing company.
