HR Manager – Coal Mining Site (Min. 40 years old) PT Bina Insan Sukses Mandiri Located : Mook Manar Bulatn, Kalimantan Timur (Mining Site)

We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to support our coal mining operations by leading all aspects of human resources management. The successful candidate will partner with operational leaders to attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, managing industrial relations, and promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. Education Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or related field.

Master's degree (preferred). Professional HR certifications are an advantage. English communication skills

Experience Minimum 15 years HR experience, including 7 years in a managerial role. Experience in mining, heavy industry, oil & gas, or construction sectors.

Experience managing large site-based workforces and contractors. Strong knowledge and experience in preparing, updating, and administering company regulations and policies. Having good relationship with Employees and Villagers
