Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's vision, mission, and business goals. Plan workforce requirements and manage the full recruitment and selection process. Design, implement, and monitor onboarding and employee orientation programs. Develop and oversee performance management systems, including KPI setting, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives. Lead learning and development programs to enhance employee competencies and leadership capabilities. Develop, review, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies. Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations. Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee welfare programs in collaboration with relevant departments. Maintain accurate employee records and optimize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Analyze HR metrics and prepare management reports to support strategic decision-making. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the HR team while driving continuous improvement in HR operations.
