Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Lead and manage the overall HR function and business processes across the organization Oversee end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes, from manpower planning to onboarding Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, SOPs, and employee guidelines
Manage training, learning & development, and employee capability enhancement programs Drive performance management processes including KPI setting, appraisal, and employee development plans Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance resolution, and compliance issues
Support organization development initiatives, culture building and employee engagement programs Partner with department heads to align workforce planning with business needs Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices
Monitor and improve overall HR effectiveness to support business growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources , with at least 2 years in managerial level
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, training, HR operations, performance management, and industrial relations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities
- Familiar with Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance
- Experience in FMCG, retail, pet industry, or fast-growing companies is a plus
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
