Green School Bali is a progressive, dynamic, and wall-less Pre-K to Grade 12 educational institution, located in the lush jungle of Bali, Indonesia. The Green School Internship Program provides a supervised and meaningful working experience for Indonesian university students and/or recent graduates. Internship Description: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated Human Resources Intern to support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and operations. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with the HR Manager while gaining hands-on experience across various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee administration, learning and development, and performance management, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Job Description - Recruitment and Onboarding Support Assist in coordinating interview schedules by liaising with candidates and interview panels in accordance with the approved recruitment timeline.
Collect and organize candidate assessment forms and recruitment documentation. Assist with new employee onboarding administration, including preparing onboarding documents, orientation materials, and welcome packs. Support offboarding administration by preparing exit documents, coordinating clearance requirements.
- HR Administration and Personnel Records Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, personnel databases, and HR information systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Perform data entry, document scanning, filing, and record maintenance for both physical and electronic personnel files.
