HR Generalist Supervisor

Position: HR Generalist Supervisor We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist Supervisor with a strong background in recruitment and overall HR operations. This position will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting manpower fulfillment, and handling general HR functions to ensure smooth HR operations within the company. Responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, job posting, CV screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads/users regarding hiring needs and manpower targets. Develop effective candidate sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Monitor and evaluate recruitment effectiveness and hiring progress. Handle HR administration such as employment contracts, employee database, attendance records, and other HR documents. Support employee relations activities and assist in resolving employee issues.

Ensure company policies and labor regulations are properly implemented. Assist in performance appraisal, training, and employee engagement programs. Prepare regular HR reports for management.

Supervise and guide HR team members when necessary.
