Job Description: Support end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate administration. Assist employer branding activities through HR content, recruitment campaigns, and internal communication.
Support training and development programs, including scheduling, attendance, documentation, and evaluation. Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, payroll administration, BPJS, and employee benefits. Monitor HR processes, documents, and data to ensure compliance with company policies and SOP.
