Manage end-to-end HR activities throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, retention, succession planning, and offboarding. Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Maintain employee records, HR databases, employment contracts, and other HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and HR best practices. Develop, review, and improve HR policies, procedures, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Plan and execute employee engagement and culture initiatives to enhance employee experience and retention.
Support performance appraisal processes and talent development initiatives. Prepare HR reports and handle regulatory and administrative requirements. Lead and support HR projects based on organizational needs.
Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or related roles.
Strong understanding of core HR functions and employee lifecycle management. Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
