Urban Parking is an emerging company specializing in on-street parking management , dedicated to modernizing parking services through operational excellence, innovation, and professional workforce management. Job Description Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee administration.
Handle payroll administration, attendance, leave management, BPJS, and employment documentation. Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and company policies. Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately and confidentially.
Oversee general affairs functions, including office administration, asset management, vendor coordination, permits, and company facilities. Support employee engagement activities and performance management processes. Coordinate administrative requirements related to parking operations and operational workforce needs.
Prepare HR and GA reports and provide recommendations to management for process improvements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years of experience as HR & General Affairs , preferably in the parking management industry, property management, facility services, transportation, or similar industries . Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS, payroll, and HR administration. Experienced in handling recruitment and employee relations.
