Job Description: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting reference checks. Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation, orientation sessions, and introductions to company policies and procedures.
Manage workforce planning, recruitment, talent acquisition, and talent management initiatives. Develop and monitor KPI systems, performance management, and employee development programs. Manage payroll-related changes, employee benefits, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and private health insurance/reimbursement administration.
Maintain HRIS and employee databases with high standards of accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for Management and Board of Directors. Manage employee work schedules and manpower deployment to support operational requirements.
Coordinate and manage employee Medical Check-Up (MCU) as required. Maintain good relationships and coordinate effectively with HR-related vendors and external partners. Oversee general affairs and office administration, including facilities management, operational vehicles, office supplies, building maintenance, and support services.
Ensure employee welfare and accommodation arrangements for project-based personnel, including housing, transportation, meals, laundry, and other supporting facilities. Responsible all HR-related functions and activities as required. Requirements:
