HR Compensation & Benefits Executive

PT Geomineral Inti Perkasa, a subsidiary of Xiamen Xiangyu Group—a Chinese state-owned enterprise and a Fortune Global 500 company—is engaged in nickel mining operations in Indonesia. We are currently looking for a HR Compensation & Benefits Executive to join our team. （ Responsibilities Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.

Calculate PPh 21 and coordinate payroll-related tax reporting. Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits data.

Prepare payroll, compensation, and benefits reports for management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or compensation and benefits. Good understanding of Indonesian payroll, PPh 21, BPJS, and labor regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll calculations.

Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to maintain confidentiality. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English or Mandarin is an advantage.
