HR Clerk

About the role We are seeking an HR Clerk to join PT. Sitoy Leather Products Indonesia on a full-time basis . This position is based in Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah . As an HR Clerk, you will play a vital administrative role within our Human Resources department, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of all HR functions. This role is instrumental in maintaining accurate personnel records, processing employee documentation, and supporting the broader HR team in delivering excellent service to our workforce.

Key responsibilities Maintaining and updating employee personnel files and records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements Processing employee documentation including leave applications, attendance records, contract renewals and employment agreements

Assisting with recruitment administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, preparing candidate documentation and onboarding new employees Coordinating with various departments to collect and compile HR-related information and reports Scheduling meetings, managing calendars and arranging training sessions for HR staff

Providing general administrative support to the HR team including data entry, filing and document preparation Supporting the preparation of payroll documentation and ensuring accuracy of employee information Responding to routine employee enquiries and directing more complex matters to appropriate HR personnel

Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhering to data protection standards What we're looking for Completed secondary education Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification; further qualifications in HR administration or business studies would be advantageous
