Kualifikasi: Minimum Diploma-3 (D3) in hospitality, tourism or related; Minimum of 3 (three) years of housekeeping experience including at least 1 year in a supervisory role; Experience in managing housekeeping operations and teams; Placement: Gunanusa Yard, Cilegon, Banten; Technical Skills; Housekeeping Operations Management; Room Inspection; Quality Control; Housekeeping Scheduling; Linen Control; Inventory Management; SOP Development & Implementation; Staff Supervision; Reporting & Documentation; Microsoft Office; Leadership; Decision Making; Problem Solving; Communication; Coaching & Mentoring; Planning & Organizing.
