Department: Business Development / Supply Chain Reports To: Head of Business Target Markets: Core Southeast Asia regions (Key Focus: Bali, Indonesia & Philippines) Company & Team Introduction Masaya Trip is an innovative and rapidly growing travel enterprise with deep roots in core Southeast Asian markets, particularly Bali and the Philippines. We not only operate a robust local travel agency network but are also undergoing a profound digital transformation. Our customized internal ERP system features comprehensive multi-tier booking workflows and leverages cutting-edge AI models for automated hotel contract parsing. Currently, we are aggressively driving API integration with major hotel groups and channel managers. Join us to work alongside highly efficient technical and business teams in building a highly competitive, regionalized travel supply chain. Key Responsibilities 1. Sourcing & Contracting: Lead hotel sourcing efforts in target Southeast Asian markets (especially Bali and the Philippines). Negotiate directly with Directors of Sales (DOS) or Revenue Managers to secure highly competitive Net Rates, sufficient Allotments, and exclusive promotional policies. 2. Connectivity Onboarding: Persuade and guide partner hotels to grant access to their Channel Managers (e.g., SiteMinder, D-Edge, etc.) or Direct APIs. Collaborate with our technical team to finalize the integration of real-time availability, inventory, and rates, facilitating the transition from static to dynamic distribution. 3. Contract & Pricing Management: Collect and review annual static PDF contracts from hotels. Ensure contract terms are clear and standardized so that our locally deployed AI models can smoothly read, extract data, automatically generate pricing tables, and seamlessly import them into our internal multi-tier booking workflows. 4. Relationship Management & Inventory Assurance: Build and maintain deep relationships with key hotel partners. During peak seasons when resources are tight, leverage your connections and negotiation skills to secure additional room allocations or handle urgent, special booking requests. 5. Market Insights & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor hotel price fluctuations and competitor dynamics in target markets. Adjust sourcing strategies using data analysis (e.g., ADR, RevPAR metrics) to ensure sustained inventory advantages and profit margins. Qualifications 1. Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Hotel Sourcing/Market Manager at an OTA, DMC, or renowned B2B travel platform, or a strong background in international brand hotel sales/revenue management.
