Hotel Operation Manager

About the role We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operation Manager to join our team in Bali. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our hotel property. As Hotel Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational departments, optimising efficiency, maintaining service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role is fundamental to the success of our hotel and provides an opportunity to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments, ensuring compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures Manage and coordinate front office, housekeeping, maintenance and food and beverage operations to ensure smooth functioning

Monitor guest satisfaction levels and implement corrective measures to maintain high service standards Lead and supervise hotel staff, including recruitment, training, performance management and staff development Prepare and manage operational budgets, monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental policies Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively Liaise with senior management and provide regular reports on operational metrics, occupancy rates and revenue performance

Implement and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all hotel facilities and equipment Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure operational readiness for events and special occasions What we're looking
