Peran ini sangat krusial dalam menciptakan kesan pertama yang hangat bagi setiap tamu yang datang, serta memastikan alur operasional restoran berjalan dengan lancar dan berkesan. Sebagai Host/Hostess, Anda akan bertanggung jawab dalam menyambut tamu, mengelola sistem reservasi, serta berkoordinasi dengan tim dapur dan layanan untuk menjaga standar pelayanan tinggi yang menjadi ciri khas restoran kami.
Tanggung jawab: Greeting all guests upon arrival with a warm, genuine welcome and ensuring they feel valued and appreciated; Managing the restaurant's seating arrangements and table allocations to optimise dining flow and guest satisfaction; Maintaining an accurate reservation system and coordinating with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations; Providing guests with accurate information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies; Handling guest enquiries and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach; Assisting with general administrative duties including answering phone calls and managing reservations; Maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming host station throughout service.
