Host / Hostess

Ubud, Bali CLAY Bali is a premium restaurant and lounge concept in Ubud inspired by fire, clay, Silk Road culture, warm hospitality, tea, hookah and long evenings around the table. We are looking for a Host / Hostess to become the first point of contact for our guests.

At CLAY, the guest experience starts before the table. The host must create a warm, elegant and professional first impression from the moment the guest arrives. Welcome guests warmly and professionally. Manage reservations, walk-ins and waiting guests.

Follow guests to their tables. Explain the basic CLAY concept when needed. Coordinate table flow with Restaurant Manager and service team.

Support guest arrival, seating and goodbye experience. Manage WhatsApp / reservation communication if assigned. Keep host area clean, organized and ready.

Handle fully booked situations politely. Support VIP guests, special occasions and guest requests. Communicate clearly with waiters, managers and security / parking team.
