Kualifikasi

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook or Pizza Maker in a restaurant, café, or hotel
• Experience operating gas, or electric pizza ovens
• Good understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude, disciplined, and responsible
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences

Tanggung Jawab

• As a Cook & Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes and authentic pizzas while maintaining consistency, food safety, and kitchen efficiency
• Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
• Prepare, stretch, top, and bake pizzas with consistency and attention to detail
• Ensure all food is presented to the highest quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Monitor food stock and assist with inventory control
• Ensure proper food storage and FIFO procedures are followed
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in menu development and recipe improvements when required
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues
• Support other kitchen sections during busy service periods
