- Drive execution excellence of trade marketing initiatives, promotions, visibility, and in-store activation programs nationwide
- Monitor and evaluate trade marketing performance, promotional effectiveness, and ROI to ensure optimal business impact
- Ensure execution compliance and consistent brand presence across all channels
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify business opportunities and risks
- Manage annual trade marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
- Lead and develop Trade Marketing team capabilities and organizational performance
