• Develop and execute sales strategies for skincare products
• Drive revenue growth, market expansion, profitability, and market share achievement
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
• Build strong relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics, hospitals, and partners
• Manage key accounts, sales forecasting, tender processes, and contract negotiations
• Support product launches and business development initiatives
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment utilization
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Medical Science, or related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience as head of sales/sales manager, preferably in aesthetics/beauty industry
• Proven experience leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets
• Strong network with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, hospitals, or healthcare professionals
• Experience in tender, contract negotiation, key account management, and product launches
• Strong commercial, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of skincare products
