Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities: Operational & Financial Leadership Lead, coordinate and oversee all operational aspects of the site to ensure effective, efficient delivery of quality patient care

Own the annual site budget, including capital and facility maintenance plans, and manage expenses within financial delegation Manage staffing levels across physicians, clinical, professional and administration teams to support safe, effective operations Monitor and report on financial performance, forecasts and KPIs to ensure the site meets or exceeds targets

Partner with Business Development to grow site volume, revenue and service opportunities Quality & Compliance Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory standards and information privacy requirements

Lead clinical governance, risk management and accreditation processes, including audits and improvement plans Review and maintain policies, procedures and protocols to reflect best practice and optimal patient outcomes People & Patient Care Leadership

Model organisational values and the highest standards of service to patients, teams and stakeholders Develop a workforce management plan to meet current and future service needs Support performance, development and training across the multidisciplinary team
