Description Lead and oversee nationwide store operations to ensure business performance and operational excellence Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans

Manage and mentor senior operations leaders while fostering a high-performance culture Ensure consistency in operational standards, customer experience, and service quality across all locations Drive continuous improvement initiatives, operational efficiency, and productivity enhancement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support expansion and business development initiatives Monitor operational performance and implement effective action plans where necessary Strengthen team capability, engagement, and leadership development across the organization

Profile Proven leadership experience in operations for at least 5+ years Extensive multi-site operations management experience in a large-scale business
