RGF HR Agent Indonesia mewakili perusahaan F&B di Lampung untuk mencari Head/Supervisor of Maintenance yang handal. Peran ini bertugas menyusun strategi pemeliharaan mesin produksi, mengelola tim teknisi, serta memastikan seluruh infrastruktur pabrik berfungsi secara optimal dengan standar keselamatan yang tinggi.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to optimize the performance and reliability of production equipment and infrastructure; Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities; Manage a team of skilled maintenance technicians, electricians, and engineers, providing leadership, mentoring, and performance management; Analyze maintenance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance overall equipment effectiveness; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to identify and resolve technical issues; Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations; Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including maintenance records, standard operating procedures, and maintenance schedules; Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives; Conduct regular equipment inspections and troubleshooting; Manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory; Implement predictive maintenance techniques and technologies; Other tasks as assigned.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Minimum conversational English proficiency; Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior maintenance role in the manufacturing industry, with strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical systems, and automation; Experience in leading teams of engineers; Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address complex technical issues; [Only CV in English will be processed].
