Head of Gourmet Market Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Retail Management, Hospitality, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Modern Retail/Supermarket industry. Minimum 3–5 years as a Store Manager in a high-volume supermarket. Proven experience leading 50–100 employees.

Experienced in managing stores with monthly sales of IDR 5–20 billion. Experience in new store opening is an advantage. Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, budgeting, cost control, customer service, food safety, FIFO/FEFO, shrinkage control, and performance management.

Willing to be placed across Bali. Service-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills.
