The Head of Finance and Accounting will lead and oversee all financial activities, ensuring robust accounting processes, compliance with global and local financial regulations, and effective financial planning and analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to drive financial optimization and provide critical insights to guide business decisions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Finance and Accounting teams, fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Develop and implement financial strategies that support organizational objectives and growth plans Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, international accounting standards, and company policies. Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budget analyses to senior management and stakeholders.

Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency. Oversee the integrity of financial data, internal controls, and audit processes, liaising with internal and external auditors. Drive initiatives to enhance financial systems, automate processes, and implement best practices.

Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members, fostering professional development and skill advancement. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
