Perusahaan mencari seorang Head of Finance yang berpengalaman untuk mengawasi operasional keuangan dan memberikan wawasan strategis guna mendukung perencanaan bisnis serta pengambilan keputusan. Peran ini memimpin tim keuangan dalam mengelola perencanaan keuangan, penganggaran, prakiraan, arus kas, pelaporan, dan analisis keuangan. Selain itu, posisi ini bertanggung jawab melakukan studi kelayakan untuk inisiatif bisnis baru, mengevaluasi peluang investasi, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi. Anda akan bekerja sama dengan manajemen senior untuk memberikan rekomendasi berbasis data keuangan guna memastikan profitabilitas dan kesehatan finansial perusahaan.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and oversee finance and accounting activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow, and financial control; Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections; Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identify variances, and provide recommendations to management; Prepare financial analysis and models to support business planning, investment decisions, and new business initiatives; Conduct financial feasibility studies and assess the potential financial impact of projects and business initiatives; Evaluate business scenarios using relevant financial metrics such as ROI, NPV, IRR, Payback Period, and sensitivity analysis; Monitor profitability, working capital, cash flow, and overall financial performance; Provide financial insights and recommendations to support management in making business decisions; Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations; Review and improve financial processes, policies, and internal controls; Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance team, including Finance Supervisors; Collaborate with other departments to assess the financial implications of business plans and initiatives; Report financial performance and key insights to the Finance Director and management.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role; Strong experience in budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting; Experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, or business case preparation; Familiarity with conducting feasibility studies and evaluating business or investment opportunities; Good understanding of financial metrics such as ROI, NPV, IRR, and Payback Period; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good business acumen; Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; Experience in technology, IT services, system integration, consulting, or other project-based industries; Experience working closely with senior management in business planning and financial decision-making; Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus.
