Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, or related field; Master’s Degree is an advantage
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the medical equipment industry, including hospital service environments
• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams
• Strong project management and operational management experience
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical decision-making capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in quality systems, service operations, inventory management, and customer service management

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and manage the Engineering department to achieve service excellence, operational efficiency, and business growth
• Develop, coach, and enhance the competency of engineering teams through training and performance management
• Oversee service operations, project execution, commissioning, turnaround time, service contracts, and customer support
• Ensure compliance with GDPMD, ISO, quality standards, risk management, and regulatory requirements
• Manage inventory, working capital, spare parts planning, and engineering resources to optimize productivity
• Build strong relationships with customers, hospitals, principals, and key stakeholders to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, resolve technical and operational issues, and identify new service opportunities
