Head of Accountant and Finance

Position: Head of Finance & Accounting Department: Finance Reports To: Managing Director / Owners Location: Hookah Habibi – Jakarta (Kuningan & Kemang) The Head of Finance & Accounting is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Hookah Habibi, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, compliance, payroll, and business profitability. This role will work closely with management to provide strategic financial insights while ensuring all financial activities comply with Indonesian accounting standards and government regulations.

Lead and manage the entire finance and accounting department. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements. Ensure accuracy of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports.

Monitor business profitability across all branches. Analyse financial performance and recommend improvements. Prepare annual operating budgets.

Monitor actual performance against budgets. Forecast revenue, expenses and cash requirements. Recommend cost-saving initiatives.

Monitor daily cash positions. Manage working capital. Ensure sufficient liquidity.
