Perusahaan ini merupakan perusahaan logistik dinamis yang sedang berkembang pesat. Peran Head HR Specialist sangat krusial dalam mendukung operasional perusahaan melalui manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola seluruh proses rekrutmen staf logistik dan pengemudi, menangani administrasi HR dalam sistem HRIS, serta memastikan akurasi data karyawan. Selain itu, peran ini mencakup pengoperasian sistem Call Center untuk menangani keluhan dan eskalasi masalah, serta berkolaborasi dengan tim operasional untuk memastikan kelancaran alur kerja logistik.
Tanggung jawab: Manage the full recruitment process for drivers and logistics staff (sourcing, screening, interviews, to onboarding); Handle HR administration and employee data in the HRIS system; Manage and maintain HR data accuracy and generate reports (monthly/periodic); Monitor & operate the Call Center system (including handling calls, handle complaints, track issues, follow up); Support workforce planning and coordination with operational teams; Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal procedures; Collaborate with HR and operational teams to support smooth logistics operations.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resource Management or related field. Master's Degree (S2) in Human Resource Management or equivalent (preferred); Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resource (HR), especially in a logistics or transportation company; Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment process (direct, operational, & logistics staff); Must be fluent in English. Mandarin is a plus; Familiar with logistics driver workflow, operational needs, and driver management; HRIS & data management (data entry, reporting, data accuracy); Monitoring & call center system operations (call handling, complaint management, issue escalation, follow-up); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; Good communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS/HR software.
