HEAD HR

About the role As the Head of HR for PT SUMBER INDOKEMJAYA', you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the HR function. This is a critical and high-profile role within the organisation, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. You will oversee all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and workplace culture. This full-time position is based in our offices in North Jakarta, Jakarta. What you'll be doing

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that support the overall business objectives Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent across the organisation Manage and develop the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

Oversee employee performance management, including goal-setting, feedback, and career development Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making

Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their HR-related needs Promote employee engagement and wellbeing through various initiatives and programmes What we're looking for

Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within the chemical manufacturing industry Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to link HR initiatives to business outcomes Excellent people management and leadership skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
