Head Chef - Japanese Omakase

Head Chef – Japanese Omakase to lead our culinary team and deliver an unforgettable fine dining experience. This role is ideal for a passionate chef with extensive experience in authentic Japanese cuisine, particularly Omakase , who is committed to excellence, creativity, and guest satisfaction. Beyond outstanding culinary skills, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication and presentation abilities, as interacting directly with guests and creating memorable dining experiences is an essential part of this role.

Proven experience as a Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Senior Japanese Chef in a high-end Japanese restaurant. Strong expertise in authentic Japanese cuisine and Omakase dining . Excellent knife skills and mastery of traditional Japanese cooking techniques.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests. Strong leadership, coaching, and team management abilities. Passion for innovation while respecting Japanese culinary traditions.

Fluent English communication is highly preferred.
