Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day HR operational activities, including employee administration, attendance, leave, personnel documentation, and HRIS data maintenance. Support payroll administration, including employee data accuracy, overtime, BPJS, insurance, and employee benefits administration.
Administer employee onboarding, offboarding, contract renewal, personnel movement, and site induction processes. Coordinate workforce operational support, including mobilization & demobilization, camp & site administration, roster administration, and manpower movement coordination. Ensure HR operational processes comply with company policies, applicable labor regulations, and company procedures.
Prepare periodic HR operational reports and maintain accurate HR documentation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support site manpower requirements and employee services. Support HC programs and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure effective HR operations at the site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or any related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in mining or other site-based industries.
- Strong knowledge of HR administration, payroll processes, employee data management, and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS and Talenta is an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Willing to work on a 4:2 roster schedule.
