Requirements Bachelor's degree in Guidance & Counseling, Pastoral Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Teaching certification in Guidance & Counseling preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Guidance & Counseling Teacher or School Counselor. Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills. Good command of English, both spoken and written. Genuine passion for supporting students' academic, emotional, and personal development. Willing to be placed in Kubu Raya, West Kalimantan. Experience working in bilingual or international school environments. Knowledge of adolescent development, well-being, and career guidance.
