About the role We are seeking a Guest Experience Officer (GRO) to join our team at Fork Bakery and Grill Restaurant in Kuta, Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site in Kuta, Bali, where you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a vital role in creating memorable experiences. As a GRO, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout their visit. This role is strategically important to our restaurant, as you will directly influence guest satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall reputation of Fork Bakery and Grill.
