Responsibility: Develop and align long-term strategies for each brand in accordance with the target market and positioning. Monitor brand performance through brand health trackers, awareness metrics, and market share.
Directly manage and coach 6 Brand Managers, and develop measurable and aggressive KPIs for the marketing team. Manage the marketing budget for all Agrinesia brands with efficient spending. Integrate market insights for NPD (New Product Development) mapping and coordinate with R&D to create products that meet market needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store excellence and increase store traffic.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communication, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in marketing, with 2–3 years of experience as a GM Marketing or Group Brand Manager.
- At least 1–2 years of experience working in the retail industry.
- Proven experience in developing digital campaigns.
- Strong market analysis skills for product development (NPD).
- Experience in leading manager-level teams.
- Strong strategic thinking skills.
