The GrabMart ID team is a solid and agile group dedicated to providing the best experience for users, from the homepage to order delivery. The team creates opportunities for driver and merchant partners while ensuring convenient grocery shopping for customers. We are looking for a licensed pharmacist to lead pharmaceutical compliance and operations. You will set standards for sourcing, listing, and delivering health products. Key responsibilities include acting as the official Apoteker Penanggung Jawab for PSEF certification, managing registration and reporting with Kemenkes/BPOM, designing digital pharmacy workflows, and establishing pharmacovigilance systems to ensure safe and compliant health-tech offerings.
Tanggung jawab: Act as the official Apoteker Penanggung Jawab for PSEF certification; Lead end-to-end PSEF registration, renewal, and reporting processes with Kemenkes, BPOM, and local health offices (Dinkes); Design and review digital pharmacy workflows, including e-prescription screening (penapisan resep), digital consultation protocols, and pharmacy merchant verification; Author and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for electronic pharmacy services, product listing compliance, complaint handling, and product recalls; Oversee, audit, and reject non-compliant medicine listings or illegal pharmaceutical transactions on the platform; Establish and manage the platform's pharmacovigilance system, including tracking and reporting Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR) to Kemenkes and BPOM; Partner closely with Product, Operations, Legal, Public Policy, and Business Development teams to drive the growth of safe, scalable, and compliant health-tech offerings.
Kualifikasi: Licensed Pharmacist (Apoteker).
