As a Google & Meta Ads Specialist, your role directly impacts client growth, account performance, and the standard of execution across the team. This job is for you if: You understand, write, and speak English like a native. Understanding English context is a key part of the job, and we will test this in the first minutes of your initial interview

You have at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (especially Search) and Facebook/Meta Ads. You lead by example, raise the team’s standards, give clear feedback, and care deeply about your team and the quality of their work You hold yourself to a high standard and don’t need babysitting.
