The Geotechnical Engineer is responsible for technical design, calculations, and soil investigation. This includes calculating water catchment volumes, designing underground drainage systems (VersiCell, Geopipe), and selecting geosynthetic specifications for various construction applications. The role also involves analyzing slope stability, evaluating subgrade bearing capacity for pavement designs, and planning or supervising soil investigations such as CPT, SPT, and laboratory testing to ensure structural safety and compliance.
Tanggung jawab: Calculate water catchment and storage requirements based on rainfall intensity and soil infiltration; Ensure structural safety of tank modules against soil loads and uplift forces; Design underground drainage systems for basements, retaining walls, and roof gardens; Determine geosynthetic specifications for filtration, reinforcement, and protection; Perform slope stability analysis and erosion control; Evaluate subgrade bearing capacity for parking and fire access areas; Plan, supervise, and interpret soil investigation results (CPT, SPT, lab tests, CBR, DCP).
