Job Description Monitor ore quality to ensure alignment with the predetermined Cut-Off Grade (CoG). Assist in achieving monthly and annual production targets. Assist in achieving monthly and annual barging targets. Maintain the health and safety of oneself and all team members under their responsibility. Generate daily, monthly, and annual reports. Formulate weekly, monthly, and annual mining recommendations. Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual mining reconciliations. Develop barging plans and ensure ore quality meets market demand. Job Requirement Minimum 3 years of experience. Minimum of SMA/SMK graduate. Must hold at least a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification. Proficient in operating Surpac, ArcGIS, Microsoft Office, and other job-related supporting software. Capable of performing Ore Blending both in the pit and at the stockpile.
