GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS We are looking for an exceptional General Manager Operations to lead and transform our business operations. This executive role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience managing multi-site operations, driving profitability, leading large teams, and executing business transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term business objectives. Lead end-to-end business operations across multiple business units or locations. Drive operational excellence through continuous process improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization. Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and operational KPIs. Lead large cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture. Oversee budgeting, business planning, forecasting, and operational performance reviews. Lead new business development, expansion projects, and pre-opening activities where required. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to maximize business growth and customer satisfaction. Ensure implementation of SOPs, governance, compliance, safety, and quality standards. Build strong relationships with shareholders, owners, business partners, and key stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university. Master's Degree is an advantage.
