One of our business units under Bakrieland Group company, which operates in Commercial Area, is looking for a highly capable and strategic professional to join our team as GM Shopping Mall. This executive role is responsible for driving business growth, operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and delivering an outstanding customer experience while ensuring the mall achieves its commercial and financial objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the overall business and operational performance of the shopping mall. Develop and execute business strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, occupancy rate, and visitor traffic. Oversee all aspects of mall operations, including Engineering, Building Maintenance, Security, Housekeeping, Parking, Customer Service, and Facility Management. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events to enhance customer engagement and increase footfall. Prepare and manage annual business plans, operating budgets, and overall P&L performance. Monitor business performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, government authorities, business partners, vendors, and other key stakeholders. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and health, safety, and environmental standards. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a General Manager of a Shopping Mall, with a strong track record in driving business growth, operational excellence, and commercial performance.
