This is a senior leadership role within an established international hospitality and tourism business based in Bali. The company is looking for a commercially driven and hands-on leader to guide the next stage of its growth. The role requires a blend of operational excellence, people leadership, and the ability to deliver a premium guest experience. The General Manager will be responsible for driving commercial growth, building meaningful relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. They will be a visible figure in the market, strengthening the business's position within Bali's premium hospitality ecosystem while maintaining direct access to the Owner/Director to manage revenue, profitability, and operational performance KPIs.
