Kualifikasi

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a General Manager, Operations Director, Business Unit Head , or an equivalent executive position
• Proven experience managing multiple business units simultaneously
• Construction
• Villa or Resort Management
• Hotel
• Restaurant
• Hospitality Group
• Real Estate
• Strong knowledge of project management, property development, hospitality operations, F&B operations, procurement, contract administration, asset management, and project scheduling
• Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, cash flow management, cost analysis, profitability analysis, financial dashboards, and basic corporate taxation
• Excellent strategic thinking, business development, decision-making, change management, negotiation, risk management, and team leadership skills
• Experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop the company's strategic plans, business plans, annual budgets, KPIs, and business development initiatives
• Oversee the operations of Property Development, Construction, Villa Management, Resort Operations, Restaurant & Food & Beverage, and Corporate Support functions
• Manage project progress, cost control, quality assurance, cash flow, procurement, project scheduling, risk management, and project handover
• Improve villa and resort occupancy, revenue, guest satisfaction, asset maintenance, and operational efficiency
• Monitor food cost, beverage cost, inventory management, service quality, and restaurant profitability
• Oversee financial performance through budget control, cash flow management, revenue monitoring, cost efficiency, financial forecasting, and capital expenditure management
• Conduct regular reviews of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, Budget vs. Actual reports, Project Cost Reports, and Revenue Dashboards
• Develop the organization by building a high-performing team while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and taxation requirements
