General Ledger & Reporting Officer (Contracted)

Danone Indonesia is seeking a General Ledger & Reporting Officer under an outsourcing arrangement. This position plays a critical role in executing Reporting and day-to-day Financial Control activities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Reporting: Upload financial data to internal systems and verify balance sheet accuracy.

Reconcile summary balance sheet with detailed balance sheet. Support internal and external audit requests. Prepare Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).

Monitor and manage internal ticketing system. Review and compile balance sheet reports. Create entries for new GL accounts, cost center changes, and related updates.

Develop templates for journal reporting. Perform transaction movement analysis. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance, or in a related discipline. Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with proactive mindset, effective communication, and strong ownership of responsibilities. Good time management with high attention to detail, accuracy, and precision.
