【General Affair Specialist】 1. Be responsible for managing the division’s administrative expenses, activity budgets, vehicle management, travel arrangements (including flight and train tickets), three-goods management, conference administration, and coordination of related tasks in accordance with the division’s requirements. 2. Communicate and implement the human resources policies of both the division and the company, and handle related daily administrative matters such as attendance management, performance evaluations, personnel training, employee relations, and employee care initiatives.
3. Participate in the management and control of various formal documents, including controlled documents, official notices, and meeting minutes. 4. Support the organization of meetings and internal/external reception activities by preparing schedules and guidelines based on requirements, and ensuring the smooth and effective execution of these activities. 5. Promote a positive organizational culture by planning and implementing cultural and sports activities, such as cultural campaigns, knowledge competitions, skills competitions, and sports events.
6. Implement the company's information security policies and requirements, and monitor as well as report any information security violations. Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in any major (related major is preferred) 2. English language proficiency is required 3. 1-3 years of relevant experience particularly in General Affairs 4. Preferably have proficiency in mandarin language
