General Affair Superintendent (Mining Contractor)

Our client is a well-established mining contractor operating large-scale projects across Indonesia. To support ongoing operations in East Kalimantan, we are seeking an experienced and proactive General Affairs (GA) Supervisor / Superintendent to oversee site-based general affairs functions and ensure the smooth operation of accommodation, facilities, transportation, catering, camp management, and administrative support services.

Reporting to the Site Manager and working closely with department heads, this role is ideal for a seasoned GA professional who can lead a team, manage vendors, and maintain high service standards in a remote mining environment. Lead and supervise all General Affairs activities across the mining site and camp facilities.

Ensure site facilities, offices, housing, utilities, and supporting infrastructure are maintained in safe and operational condition. Oversee transportation and logistics support services, including vehicle allocation, driver management, and travel arrangements. Manage relationships and performance of third-party service providers and contractors.

Monitor and control GA operational budgets, costs, and resource utilization. Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE regulations, and applicable government requirements. Coordinate asset management, inventory control, office supplies, and facility-related procurement activities.

Support employee engagement initiatives, site events, and welfare programs. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Prepare periodic reports, KPI tracking, and management updates related to GA operations.
