Responsibilities Manage daily office operational needs (supplies, pantry, working equipment) Handle vendor management & procurement of goods/services, including non-routine requests
Ensure proper maintenance and comfort of office buildings and facilities Provide logistical support for internal company events (meetings, workshops, outings, etc.) Coordinate operational needs of the branch office to align with head office standards
Support office permit/license renewal and other compliance-related needs (when required) Monitor and maintain office facilities (electricity, AC, plumbing, furniture, etc.) Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Administration/Management Min 1 years of experience in General Affairs, Office Administration, or related functions Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication and negotiation abilities Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
