Genba Specialist

As Genba Specialist you'll monitor manufacturing operations, drive continous improvement, and ensure operational excellence through process optimization and standardization. Requirements Min. D4/S1 (Bachelor's Degree) in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related disciplines.

Min. 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Excellence, Continous Improvement, Industrial Engineering within a FMCG Manufacturing Environment. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, KAIZEN, PDCA, and Root Cause Analysis. Experience in conducting Genba from process observation, identifying operational losses, and driving improvement initiatives.

Familiar with manufacturing indicators such as OEE, Productivity, Downtime, and Quality Metrics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to build strong relationship to drive improvement initiatives. Willing to work in Nabati Plant, Majalengka, West Java.

Resbonsibilities Conduct operational inspections to ensure production activities comply with operational standards , SOPs, and manufacturing excellence principles. Analyze operational performance and data to identify improvement opportunities, support decision-making, and monitor key operational metrics.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational issues, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring timely implementation of improvement plans. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations through regular monitoring and internal audits. Support standardization and implementation of new operational procedures and work methods by coordinating with cross-functional teams and monitoring execution across production areas.
